Team Profile: Tim Luke!

Tim in action at a charity environmental fund-raiser in Connecticut for the Housatonic Valley Association. Look closely to see Christine Baranski from "The Good Wife" in the background!
Happy New Year from Flea Market Style magazine!
We've teed up four more team member profiles for 2012, starting with collecting expert Tim Luke (whose great piece on Mantiques lured readers into the fall issue)!

"DAY" JOB: Appraiser, auctioneer and president of TreasureQuest Appraisal Group Inc. Conducts appraisals for insurance, estates, divorce, donations and damage claims.

COMFORTABLE CLOTHES: T-shirts, shorts and pool slides
YOU WILL NEVER FIND ME: "Canning my own preserves."
STARTS THE MORNING WITH: "Coffee, Greek yogurt, vitamins and walking the dogs.
ENDS THE DAY WITH: a low-carb snack.

Watch for Tim in the spring issue of FMS, coming to a newsstand near you soon! And don't forget to mark your calendar for the 2012 Junk Bonanza in Shakopee, Minn., where Tim will be making a guest appearance!

Aha, no wonder I like him (besides our mutual love of collecting), he's a Buckeye like me, and grew up only 50 or 60 miles from my hometown in Ohio!
Thanks for the profile - I look forward to seeing more of him in FMS!

I am so happy for Tim, from who he is and what he became. Growing up I knew he was destine for a great future, also I am so glad to call him my friend!
While I haven't commented often, am really enjoying the profiles. Good to see who is here in the big junkin' community.
DearHelenHartman (and Gail and Brian!), glad you decided to write! The FMS team loves to know you are reading and enjoying! Kim
